The Demeris family has been feeding Houstonians since 1947. Currently, it’s the grandsons of Frank and Angelike Demeris who steer the family business. They include Frankie and Yonny Demeris, George Demeris and Billy Vlahakos, who bought out their parents about 16 years ago.
