Demeris Bar-B-Q’s current management team consists of the sons and nephews of founder Gus Demeris. Our team includes Frankie and Yonny Demeris (his sons) and Billy Vlahakos (son of Gus’s sister Georgia Demeris Vlahakos). This team runs two Demeris restaurants in the Houston area as well as our catering division. These three husbands and fathers are continuing the Demeris family traditions of exceptional quality and uncompromising service.

In addition to our management experts, Demeris Bar-B-Q is helped by our outstanding staff. Our support staff includes Gus’s son Jamie Demeris as well as long-time employees Gabino Corona, Ruben Gomez, Moises Lopez, Alfredo Magana, Helen Mudd, and Glenn Wheeler.
